Recommended Dosage

1. For maintaining healthy cells

Condition: Stressed people, elderly, recuperating from sickness, loss of appetite, or those who are not able to eat a balanced and healthy diet on a daily basis. Also recommended for athletic people who need faster muscle recovery or those who regularly go to the gym and needs an energy boost. Ideal also for those who have problems with skin, hair, nails, back pain, unexplained nerve pain, depression, sexual or fertility, and other health problems.

Suggestion: 2-4 capsules per day

First 3 weeks:
● 1-2 Capsules at least 30 minutes before breakfast
● 2 Capsules at bedtime
* Add 1-2 capsule of Laminine Omega+++ for high cholesterol or elevated uric acid.

Succeeding weeks or as daily take
● 1 capsule at least 30 minutes before breakfast
● 1 capsule at bedtime.

2. As delay-aging supplement

Suggestion: 1-2 capsules per day

3. Recommended food supplement for health condition

5. Allergy-prone
