Recommended Dosage

1. For Maintaining Healthy Cells

Condition: Stressed people, elderly, recuperating from sickness, loss of appetite, or those who are not able to eat a balanced and healthy diet on a daily basis. Also recommended for athletic people who need faster muscle recovery or those who regularly go to the gym and needs an energy boost. Ideal also for those who have problems with skin, hair, nails, back pain, unexplained nerve pain, depression, sexual or fertility, and other health problems.

Suggestion: 1-2 capsules per day

Daily dosage:
● 1 capsule at least 30 minutes before breakfast.

Optional:
● 1 capsule at least 30 minutes before breakfast.
